On 17 October, the Europen Property Awards 2024-2025 winners were awarded. Among the winners is the DESIRE premium residential complex by Teus Group, which won the Best New Small Hotel Construction & Design Turkey nomination.

In addition, DESIRE was shortlisted for Best New Hotel Construction & Design Europe. The winner of this nomination will be announced in December 2024.
