Best Western representatives will manage the project after the complex is commissioned and manage the hotel property. Best Western is currently one of the ten largest hotel chains in the world. It manages more than 4,700 hotels. The company was founded in the 1940s in the United States. In the DESIRE project, BWH representatives will not only lease out hotel properties, but will also become the management company for the entire complex.
We are pleased to have attracted such a well-known company with their professional team. Proper property management will ensure high profitability and occupancy. Investors are relieved of any hassle associated with their own property. All hotel apartments are rented out fully furnished. BWH representatives will take care of the search for tenants, minor repairs and everything else. This makes the offer truly exclusive. Thanks to this partnership, we can already predict a yield of up to 12% per annum from the lease of the property. Payments to investors will be made in euros.
